1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your basic profile information from those services. We also collect usage data such as session completion, progress milestones, and app preferences to personalize your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Christian Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy experience, including personalizing session recommendations, tracking your smoke-free progress, syncing your preferences across devices, and communicating important updates about the service.
3. Audio & AI Narration
Session scripts are sent to third-party text-to-speech services (such as ElevenLabs) to generate audio narration. These scripts are processed in real-time and are not stored by the third-party service beyond what is necessary to generate the audio. No personal information is included in these requests.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your progress and preferences are stored locally on your device using secure storage. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored using encrypted device storage and are never transmitted to unauthorized parties.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: • ElevenLabs — for AI text-to-speech narration • Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In — for authentication • App Store / Google Play — for subscription management Each service has its own privacy policy governing the data they collect and process.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Subscription management and billing inquiries should be directed to the respective app store.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app settings. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
